About Me
 My
name is Bob Smith, currently a broker with Smith and Associates
Realty. I received a high school diploma from Jefferson Moore High
School in Waco, Texas in 1975. I received a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree from North Texas State University in 1980. I
was fortunate enough to become a realtor in 1986, and to this day
have made hundreds of people happy homeowners.
My
experience in real estate dates back to 1986 when I began selling
brand new homes with major a homebuilders. In 1995, I began working
as a realtor which allowed me to not only sell new homes, but also
preowned homes. It was the decision to become a professional realtor
that enabled me to expand and help so many more people achieve the
American Dream, home ownership.
My
mission in the real estate industry is to be the best agent ever.
Believing strongly in the integrity, honesty and dependability, my
objective is to make home buying a pleasurable and exciting
experience for my clients.
My
philosophy is very simple. It is basically treating people the way
you would want to be treated. I believe in treating each and everyone
fair and equal and will do everything in my power to assist them and
help them find the home of their dream.
